General Policy

Oscar Cashew Tech Pvt. Ltd. manufactures fully customized and industrial-grade cashew processing machinery. Due to the technical nature, installation requirements, and customization involved, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed, shipped, delivered, or installed.

No Return Policy

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, capacity change, operational preference, or project cancellation.
Custom-built machines are made to order and cannot be resold or repurposed; therefore, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exception — Damaged or Defective Delivery

If a product is delivered damaged or non-functional, the issue must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery with supporting proof (photos/video/installation report).

In such cases, we may provide one of the following at our discretion:

Repair or restoration of the machine.
Replacement of damaged components.
A complete replacement in rare cases where repair is not feasible.

A return will only be accepted if our team verifies the defect and authorizes the process in writing.

Shipping & Inspection for Exception Cases

If a return is approved for a verified defect, shipping costs will be covered by Oscar Cashew Tech Pvt. Ltd.

If upon inspection the machine is found to be operational or the issue is due to incorrect handling, installation, or misuse, the buyer will be responsible for:

Inspection charges
Repair/service costs
Both-way transportation

Warranty

This policy does not affect your warranty rights. Warranty support applies as per the product's warranty terms and covers repair or part replacement — not product return or refund.
